ANFIS Based Analysis of Three-Phase Self-Excited Induction Generator

چکیده

Induction generator is the most common generator in wind energy systems because of its simplicity, ruggedness, little maintenance, price, etc. Thus, a novel design of an Adaptive Neuro-fuzzy Inference strategy(ANFIS) for analyzing some of the parameters such as frequency, voltage, current, etc. of the induction motor is presented in this paper. Induction motors are characterized by highly non-linear, complex, and time varying dynamics and inaccessibility of some of the states and outputs for measurements. Most of previous work uses numerical iterative method to determine capacitance. Hence a self tuning or an adaptive fuzzy logic controller such as ANFIS is used to remove this stringent requirement. Simulation results shows that the required performance characteristics are greatly influenced by the speed, load and excitation capacitance. By using this method there is no need for mathematical calculations indeedthese results of soft computing reveals the robustness of the fuzzy logic controller to parameter variations.
